Associate Pastor

OVERVIEW
An Associate Pastor provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and administrative support to assist the Lead Pastor in fulfilling the church's mission.
Key responsibilities include
preaching, teaching, discipleship, managing ministries (such as community groups),
counseling, and fostering community. This role requires strong communication, team-
building skills, and alignment with the church's vision.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
. Pastoral Care & Counseling: Offering spiritual guidance, hospital visits, counseling to members, and officiating weddings/funerals.
. Teaching & Preaching: Sharing in the preaching schedule, leading Bible studies, and developing teaching curricula.
