We’re Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company scaling big, looking for an Associate Principal Engineer, Delivery for our Core banking‑DMS team, with 9+ years of experience and leadership capability in banking or financial services.

Requirements

• Total Experience: 9+ Years
• 5‑8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services
• Demonstrated leadership capability managing large, complex, multi‑functional build teams
• Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs, with at least the last 2‑3 engagements in this area, regional (APAC) delivery experience favorable
• Hands‑on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle
• Ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a transformation setting
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail; able to maintain accurate logs and artifacts
