OMERS Private Capital is seeking an Associate to support the Funds & Co‑Investments team in the due diligence and management of private equity fund and co‑investment opportunities.

Role Specific Accountabilities

• Actively participate in the due diligence process for fund and co‑investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and research.
• Analyze fund performance, strategies, and market conditions to assess potential investment risks and returns.
• Liaise with fund managers, investment partners, and other stakeholders to gather insights and information.
