Associate, Private Infrastructure

As an Associate for Nuveen’s Global Infrastructure team focused on private equity infrastructure investments, your role will include supporting the origination of new investments as well as portfolio management and surveillance activities across the firm’s existing private equity investment portfolios which includes direct equity joint ventures, private equity fund commitments, co-investments, and preferred security investments.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Assist in underwriting and oversight of direct equity and equity-like investments by working with senior deal team members to execute on due diligence including financial modeling, asset-level due diligence, underwriting and drafting of investment committee materials.
