Associate Prod Support (India)

The Opportunity.

Thakral One is looking for an Associate Prod Support to manage and support production environments across data and cloud platforms. The role focuses on L1/L2 support, incident resolution, monitoring, and SLA-driven operations. You’ll work closely with T1/T2 teams to troubleshoot, automate, and stabilise production systems.

• Provide technical and administrative support for day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting issues reported by end users, T1 Team, T2 Team.
• Resolve technical problems promptly to meet SLA requirements.
• Deliver 24×7 operational support for all production activities, including holidays and weekends
• Coordinate with various teams, raise support tickets, analyse root causes, and assist in efficient resolution of all production-related issues
