Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Producer to oversee several core technology teams that provide the foundation for EA FC. These teams focus on shared systems, tools, and technical capabilities that support the entire franchise.

This role is ideal for a producer who excels at organizing complex work, aligning multiple teams around shared priorities, and solving cross-team problems. You will work closely with engineering and discipline leadership to bring clarity to ambiguous spaces, balance competing demands, and ensure foundational work is delivered reliably and at high quality.
