Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

This position reports to the Manager, Product Management and supports Direct Energy’s product development and delivery efforts across core, cross-serve, and digital acquisition and retention initiatives in the Alberta residential market. Core initiatives include our primary energy offerings, while cross-serve encompasses adjacent and complementary services that enhance the overall customer experience. This role also supports digital initiatives aimed at attracting new customers and improving retention through optimized journeys and performance tracking. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a desire to grow in product management.
