Role Type: Full-time

Reporting to: Production Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

As an Associate Production Engineer, you will support production to ensure productivity while improving efficiency and maintaining quality and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensures that the machines and equipment are in good running condition.

Other responsibilities include:

• Operate manufacturing equipment.
• Set-up, start-up and adjust machines to optimize operation and productivity.
• Execute proper machine shutdown and perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Ensure optimal raw material utilization and company resources.
