**Job Purpose and Impact**

+ The Associate Professional, Recruiting job executes and delivers recruiting services, supporting full cycle recruiting, sourcing, assessment and selection processes in order to recruit top talent in a cost effective manner and add value to the organization. Under close supervision, this job performs basic and routine recruiting activities, including candidate interviewing, selection and offer processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing an excellent candidate experience and driving the organization's brand as an employer of choice.
