Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Learning
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, practicals, and clinical teaching sessions in assigned preclinical or clinical disciplines.
• Develop and update curriculum, teaching materials, assessment tools, and OSCE/clinical
examination stations.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in coursework, clinical postings, and research projects.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including simulation, case-based learning, and technology-enhanced learning.
• Mentor junior academic staff and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching quality.
2. Research & Scholarly Activity
• Conduct independent and collaborative research in medical sciences, clinical medicine, medical education, or related fields.
• Publish regularly in indexed peer-reviewed journals and present at scientific/medical conferences. <...
