To teach in the field of Educational Psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
To be able to develop and lead Educational Psychology as a niche area in the Faculty.
To publish and lead research in the field of Educational Psychology.
To engage in the assessment of School-Based Learning and Training.
To contribute to Faculty administration at an undergraduate to a postgraduate level.
To supervise postgraduate students in the field of Educational Psychology.
To participate in community engagement.
