Associate (Programme), Seniors Services

The Associate (Programme) is a key member of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) team, supporting the planning and delivery of programs and initiatives that promote active ageing and enhance the wellbeing of seniors. Reporting to the Centre Supervisor, the Associate will assist with day‑to‑day operations, outreach activities, and engagement with seniors to foster a vibrant and inclusive community.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Support:

• Assist in the execution of programmes and activities aligned with the five (5) domains of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP): Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, and Vocational
• Set up, manage, and facilitate daily activities, workshops, and events for seniors
• Gather feedback from seniors on programme participation and suggest improvement.
