Job Description

Associate, Project Management, Consumer Banking Operations, T&O-(WD78594)
  • Conduct the analytics for capacity management (work-in hrs, productivity, FTE, etc)
  • Conduct the analytics of Strategic Cost Management matching with saves of strategic initiatives
  • Provide headcount, OT analysis, and Org-chart for Ops and details of changes
  • Provide financial expense and accruals to Ops teams
  • Conduct MIS reports of digital landscapes and transactions
  • Creativity to plan staff engagement activities
  • Coordinate and consolidate presentation decks for strategic purpose
  • Collaborate with Regional stakeholders
