Associate Project Manager

+ Fully assess client’s need, collect and manage all stakeholders’ expectation, determines bundle project scope, develops a preliminary plan of all services involved, and determines project specifications such as schedule, milestone, and sample requirements

+ Collect samples/information requirement and determine optimized samples transportation plan

+ Organize kick-off meeting by Initiate communication between clients, engineering team, sales team, GMA team and other stakeholders

+ Establish effective communication management throughout project, including collect and distribute appropriate project update such as weekly project status update, make sure all stakeholders are timely informed.

+ Organize and coordinate resources to facilitate project progress according to project plan.
