Job Description

  We’re Hiring: Associate Quality Analyst  
Join a growing global IT company and kickstart your QA career! 
  Location:  IT Park, Cebu 
  Setup:  Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) 
  Type:  Full-time | Dayshift 
  Salary:  Up to ₱20,000 

  Key Responsibilities:  
Monitor and ensure project process compliance 
Support project planning with managers 
Conduct QA checks, audits, and process verification 
Track KPIs and analyze project performance 
Identify risks/issues and recommend solutions 
Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 
Support ISO and project audits 
Drive process improvements 

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:  
1-2 years experience in QA or related role 
Exposure to BPO / IT services (Service Desk, NOC, etc....
