**What is the job about?**

Ability to speak and write in English would be needed to succeed in this role.After production establishment, will become an integral part of the plant driving Plant Quality and EHS functional activities supporting to the Plant Manager and Autonomous Production Unit (APU). Highly collaborative role working in close coordination with various stakeholders from the divisions and country.

**Your main responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for Ensuring the adherence to Plant Safety procedures/policies and implementing the Safety Culture
+ Set-up the Quality and EHS roadmap in collaboration with IMEA Ops EHS and Quality leader.
