What is the opportunity?
The RBC Indigenous Development Program (IDP) is a two–year rotational program for recent college and university graduates or non-degreed applicants with work experience who self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Metis) Peoples of Canada. The IDP combines practical, hands-on business experience with a customized learning plan, formal coaching, mentorship, community involvement and professional networking. You have the opportunity to kickstart your career at RBC by working in up to four unique business rotations. Who can apply?
Applicants wishing to apply must self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Metis) Peoples of Canada and be a recent college or university graduate or an applicant with transferable work experience.
