Associate R&D Director

Overview


The R&D Associate Director plays a pivotal role in planning and managing a R&D department of AOX and Palatants in EMENA. The role includes managing relations with the US teams. This position is a senior member of the leadership team in KN EMEA.


Responsibilities


+ Develop and execute goals, strategies and tactics in the area of responsibility as part of the broader strategic plan and in concert with Kemin.

+ Lead and manage cross functional programs, often including staff and facilities internationally.

+ Liaise with collaborators including government and private sectors both domestically and internationally.

+ Provide accurate and timely project status/updates within the BU and to other business units.

+ Manage facilities for the KNE. Liaise with other business units in various capacities.

+ Write technical papers, peer reviewed papers for journals and patents. Represent busi...
