Role Purpose:
Reporting to Head of Japan Real Estate, theAssociatewill be working on UW, deal execution and asset management with internal stakeholders based in HK and Singapore as well as external parties (brokers, AM/PM, lawyers, and lenders) in Japan.
Principal Accountabilities:
_Underwriting real estate investments:_
+ Understanding and application of investment modeling with IRR, ROE, TWR and EM.
+ Asset level financial modeling across risk spectrum (core to opportunistic).
+ Run financial analyses and sensitivities for purposes of assessing investments.
+ Reconcile AM models with actual figures from PM reports on a quarterly basis.
