A leading national law firm is seeking Associates to join its growing Real Estate and Projects team in Perth. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most complex and high-profile property and infrastructure matters in the market, including infrastructure and renewables projects, mixed-use and commercial developments, capital transactions, acquisitions and disposals, and large-scale property redevelopment .

Ideal candidates will bring experience (or a strong interest) in land tenure, commercial property transactions, sales and purchases, leasing, easements, licences, joint ventures, and due diligence . You’ll gain exposure to a diverse client base across multiple sectors while developing your skills on high-quality, challenging work.
