The Associate Recruiter is responsible for creating the framework to track candidates selected to interview and to schedule their subsequent interviews while updating all parties involved. This position supports the growth of Lago by ensuring the timely and effective follow up on candidate administration, scheduling, sourcing, and systems administration. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and schedule all interview activity including phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite visits, and panel debriefs across multiple time zones
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and feedback collection ensuring timely and professional correspondence
