**What You’ll be Doing**



Recruiting qualified talents to meet aggressive associate hiring requirements for specific clients. They handle level 3 associates and specialized profiles. This may include screening resumes and applications, conducting phone screens, administering TTEC-approved assessments, scheduling onsite/virtual interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, making offers, and completing the onboarding process for each hire.
