Gemma Associates is growing our search capability and looking for a sharp, curious Research Associate to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be the intelligence engine behind every mandate — mapping markets, identifying passive candidates, and building the candidate universe that our consultants bring to life.

What You Will Do

Candidate Research & Mapping

• Conduct deep-dive market mapping to identify potential candidates for active mandates across industries and geographies
• Build target company lists and org charts using LinkedIn, databases, and proprietary tools
• Maintain an up-to-date talent database of senior professionals across Southeast Asia
