Otis is growing and we are looking for an Associate Repair Supervisor to support our Field Service team.

The main goal of the role is to provide day-to-day management and training of field staff, including employee selection, field training and safety. This individual will also lead operational efforts and ensure superior customer satisfaction. The role will be based in Columbus territory, reporting to the General manager.
