Research Associate Position

• Contact Healthcare Professionals to collect data.
• Conduct and Schedule Research Calls.

• Call and Email Healthcare Professionals to invite them to participate in our research.
• Schedule Research Calls based on the availability of professionals.
• Attend Research Calls when necessary to provide the best service to professionals.
• Offer Excellent Customer Experience to all those we communicate with.
• Follow Documentation Procedures and track outreach and research activities.
• Participate in Quality Assurance Discussions about outreach and research with colleagues and managers.
• Support Team Members in various outreach and research processes and projects.
• Attend Team and Company Meetings.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm
