We are looking to hire a Associate Sales Operations Manager, on a 12 month contract that will guide the Align efficiency processes and projects that drive the optimization of systems and operational processes that have direct impact on our national sales team. Working a hybrid schedule from your home and our downtown Toronto office, this role offers a wealth of opportunities to learn in a growing company and expanding market. The capability and appetite to drive change, demonstrating the ability to influence without authority are critical for this role.
