Job Description a € Team Lead (SOX Compliance + GRC)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of SOX Analysts , ensuring timely and higha €`quality delivery of all control testing and compliance activities.

Serve as the primary client facing representative , leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance connects.

Proactively engage with clients

through frequent touchpoints to understand needs, address concerns, and build strong partnerships.

Work handsa €`on on key deliverables , including SOX control testing, process documentation, walkthroughs, issue validation, and audit support.

Drive SOX compliance end to end , ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, internal frameworks, and audit methodology.

Leverage GRC platforms

(e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, AuditBoard, SAP GRC) for testing, workflow management, issue tracking, and reporting.
