Job Description

                    Responsibilities Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products including Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, and Broadcom IGA. 
Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers. 
Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system. 
Collaborate with team members to elevate complex issues and learn from their expertise. 
Participate in knowledge base creation and maintenance for common issues and solutions. 
Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product updates to enhance technical knowledge. 
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 
Basic understanding of network architecture, computer systems, and security protocols.
