Associate / Senior Associate

Our client, a leading law firm with over 30 years of experience advising clients across the MENA region, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Global Transactions (Corporate) practice in Dubai. The practice is renowned for handling high-profile, complex transactions for some of the region’s most sophisticated clients, and offers significant exposure to international deals.

The successful candidate will focus primarily on private and public M&A, joint ventures, and corporate transactions, gaining the opportunity to work on a broad range of deals while developing relationships with top-tier clients. You will also play an active role in mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to business development initiatives, and supporting knowledge-sharing activities across the firm.
