Associate / Senior Associate - Claims Processor

Principal Accountabilities:

Processing General Insurance and Specialty Insurance Claims, including but not limited to, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claims eligibility, determining coverage parameters and calculating appropriate claims settlements.

Effective and efficient administrative support in all aspects of Specialty claims handling and with accordance with the agreed SLA

Organized and control of work in an efficient manner, in accordance with the business and regulatory (UK and others) requirements

Stay updated with Service Standards, legal and regulatory requirements to perform claims activities

Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with Underwriters and/or outstanding information from clients

Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department

Proactively identify process gaps and provide solutions to the identified gaps
