We are looking for an experienced Claims Processor to handle General and Specialty Insurance claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Verify claim documentation, evaluate claims eligibility, determine coverage parameters and calculate appropriate settlements.
• Provide effective and efficient administrative support for specialty claims handling as per agreed SLA.
• Organize and control work efficiently, complying with business and regulatory requirements (UK and others).
• Stay updated with service standards, legal and regulatory requirements related to claim activities.
• Diligently monitor and follow up on unsettled claims with underwriters or pending client information.
• Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
