Associate/ Senior Associate

About the Role
We are looking for driven individuals to join our Corporate, Capital Markets & M&A practice. At GLT Law, you will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fintech, and emerging technology-related matters.
As part of our team, you will:
Assist partners and lawyers in drafting and reviewing agreements
Conduct legal due diligence for corporate exercises
Conduct research and draft legal opinions
Attend client meetings and manage assigned tasks

Qualifications & Requirements
For Associate (1–3 PQE):
1–2 years' post-qualification experience in equity capital markets, or M&A practice, preferably from a reputable/leading law firm.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
