Associate / Senior Associate – Mergers & Acquisitions

Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong corporate and transactional practice. They are looking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to support a growing M&A and corporate transactions pipeline, advising both local and international clients across a range of industries.

This role offers exposure to complex transactions, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-value matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including SPAs, SHAs, subscription agreements, and ancillary documents
• Conduct and manage legal due diligence exercises
• Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters in connection with transactions
