The team invests in traditional private equity and private credit, as well as private credit fund managers and public equities. The fund has a global mandate and is sector agnostic. This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team based in Abu Dhabi.

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, analysis and execution of investment opportunities across sectors, due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiation, and creation of all investment committee materials.
• Support the monitoring of the performance of portfolio companies and recommend corrective actions.
