Associate / Senior, Tax (Transfer Pricing)

We have opportunities for interested candidates in our tax department - Transfer Pricing. We are looking for an energetic and friendly team player that's looking to develop a career in transfer pricing

Responsibilities:

• Supports to manage a portfolio of TP engagements;
• Be part of the team to assist with TP documentation preparation, related party transactions forms, TP health-check, TP planning and regional advisory reports and tax audits;
• Review and draft related party transaction agreements;
• Prepare/draft tax advisory for clients for restructuring and/or CITQ;
• Prepare financial and economic analysis/benchmarking analysis;
• Involved with other broader tax matters such as fee proposals, etc.
  

Requirements:

• Any recognised Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics and related qualifications.
