Location: Chennai / Bangalore

Experience: 18–20 Years
Domain: Healthcare / Lifesciences (Payer preferred)
Role Summary
Looking for an experienced ASDM to drive offshore delivery, governance, client engagement, and P&L for healthcare/lifesciences programs. The role will work closely with onsite teams to ensure delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own offshore delivery governance across multiple programs
Act as SPOC for delivery and align with onsite stakeholders
Manage client communication and support MBRs/QBRs
Track KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure quality, process adherence, and cost optimization
