**What is the job about?**

+ The Service Technician has the functional responsibility for all service workshop activities i.e. planning and execution of the products received at Grundfos workshop.

+ He is responsible for customer satisfaction in the assigned area; He is technical accountable and works -independently or together with team to address customer requests in an efficient and professional manner.

**Main responsibilities:**

• Makes a risk assessment for every task
• Reports matters related to Safety, Health and Environment;
• Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and replacement parts and re- assemble pumps, pumps systems and accessories in a field service or work shop environment.
