Our client is an independent boutique investment banking advisory firm based in Singapore, with a presence across Asia. They specialize in private financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructuring advisory services. Their work spans various industry sectors, including Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), Consumer and Retail, Industrials, Real Estate and Hospitality, and Infrastructure.

The Associate/Senior Associate will be expected to work closely with senior management in executing various transactions, and also manage a team of Analysts.
