Responsibilities

• Strategy & Product Leadership – Develop integrated social media strategies for key projects, ensuring alignment across the agency’s core digital products (TikTok Suite, Messenger, YouTube, Community Marketing, etc.). Collaborate closely with the Digital Strategy and Digital Directors for a holistic digital approach.
• Business Support – Help deliver cluster business targets through operational excellence, expertise, and streamlined QA processes.
• People & Capability Building – Drive a culture of continuous learning and “Living Digital” adoption within the team by promoting trend intelligence, certifications, and self-learning systems.
