Associate, Specialist, Business Control & QA, COO, Consumer Banking Group-(WD81351)

JD

  • Develop SOP to comply with regional policies and local regulations.
  • Responsible for driving sales monitoring report enhancement and control points/mechanism by working closely with stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic SOP/Boundary list and training.

    • 4.Timely complete sales surveillance related reports and sales healthy check

  • Support BIF revision, SCSA, internal/external audit on information request providing.
  • To support integration project
  • Sales new onboard training

    • Criteria:

  • Familiar with branch operations /sales process or control assurance
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of records and information.
  • Good communication skills with teamwork spirit.
  • Good in MS office tool, including Excel and Powerpoint. Familiar with Access and SAS is preferred.
