• Provide solutions and direction on routine issues regarding policies, procedures, and systems for Customer Service; analyze inventory issues and formulate recommendations for solutions. Navigate through challenging inquiries and demonstrate discernment on when to escalate and de-escalate problems to appropriate SMEs and stakeholders.
