Job Description

                    Provide Order Management and customer support for all shipments into and out of Asia Pacific region 
Takes responsibility for the order fulfillment process and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner. 
Act as the liaison between customer, supplying site and BSC team 
Create sales orders and purchase orders in SAP system 
Ensure orders are created in SAP system within 48hrs. 
Provide order acknowledgement or email notification if third party customer. 
Execute order changes in SAP system after agreement with Planners, site logistics and customers. 
Perform weekly PO/SO comparison and ensure order changes are aligned with BSC team. 
Perform daily delivery creation upon batch yield from supplying site 
Generate weekly delivery report and perform checks to ensure auto PO and auto delivery transactions are in order.
