Job Description
- Provide Order Management and customer support for all shipments into and out of Asia Pacific region
- Takes responsibility for the order fulfillment process and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Act as the liaison between customer, supplying site and BSC team
- Create sales orders and purchase orders in SAP system
- Ensure orders are created in SAP system within 48hrs.
- Provide order acknowledgement or email notification if third party customer.
- Execute order changes in SAP system after agreement with Planners, site logistics and customers.
- Perform weekly PO/SO comparison and ensure order changes are aligned with BSC team.
- Perform daily delivery creation upon batch yield from supplying site
- Generate weekly delivery report and perform checks to ensure auto PO and auto delivery transactions are in order.
