The Partner Data Management Group within the Strategic Sales Department of the Travel & Mobility Business is a team dedicated to accelerating the growth of Rakuten Travel through data and systems.

Guided by our vision - to leverage data and systems to accelerate Rakuten Travel’s growth and enable the best possible experience for all stakeholders — we support fast and accurate decision-making through objective data analysis and optimized tools.

As a key partner to the sales organization, we visualize and analyze partner and sales activities, identify critical KPIs, propose action directions, and conduct post-implementation evaluations. Our scope covers the full cycle from analysis to actionable insights.
