Associate

The Taipei office is seeking a full-time General Business Lawyer to join its Corporate Practice Group. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one year working experience in one of Taiwan's major law firms. Responsibilities include providing legal advice to clients re Corporate Law, Capital Market, Mergers & Acquisitions, & Financial related areas.Other Required Qualifications:

1. With LL.M. degree; admission to the Taiwan Bar Association.
2. At least one year working experience in one of Taiwan’s major law firms.
3. Familiar with Japanese language ability and have previous working experience in Japanese 
corporations is preferred and will be considered priority acceptance.
4. Familiar with computer word processing operations.
