What You'll Do

• Advise on tax-related aspects of project finance and transactional matters across renewable and infrastructure projects
• Support senior attorneys on deals involving developers, lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders
• Work across matters tied to solar, wind, battery storage, carbon capture, hydrogen, transmission, and related sectors
• Stay current on evolving federal tax incentives and partnership tax considerations impacting energy transactions
