Associate Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

➢ Install, configure, and maintain access control systems, biometric devices, RFID systems, and related security hardware.

➢ Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.

➢ Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.

➢ Perform routine system testing, preventive maintenance, and upgrades.

➢ Troubleshoot networking, wiring, controllers, and integration issues.

➢ Maintain documentation of system configurations, service reports, and support logs.

➢ Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues and replacements.
