Job Description

  Company : 
 Sime Darby Auto Engineering Sdn. Bhd. Implement & support to ensure the effective and timely resolution of Kube Workflow.
 Work with project managers and users to define application requirements, locate viable solution alternatives, implement, test, and support the selected solution.
 Convert system requirement into software architecture and design documentation.
 To assist user with problem resolution and escalate appropriately.
 To prepare training and users materials for training purposes
 Work with group IT or vendor on any required modification or workaround solution & data conversion.
 Document solutions to problem regarding standard BS applications and record them in the BS knowledge base and ensure proper filling.
 Provide and maintain written documentation of business application procedures.
 Adhere to all company’s regulations and policy from time to time.
