About the PositionThe Associate is a developing mid-level consultant responsible for owning discipline-specific deliverables, coordinating with clients and design partners, owning and delivering small projects, and supporting the delivery of larger projects under the mentorship of a more senior engineer. In this position, you shift from primarily production-focused work to applying judgment, managing defined scope, and ensuring your work aligns with TEECOM’s standards and documentation practices.You’ll work with your Mentor, senior engineers, and Project Leads to develop accurate, coordinated designs while building independence through strong documentation habits and consistent follow-through.
