**Role Overview**

The Associate Territory Manager – Upper Extremities supports sales growth and clinical adoption of Stryker’s shoulder arthroplasty, trauma, and reconstructive solutions. This role partners closely with Territory Managers and provides in‑theatre clinical support to surgeons and healthcare professionals. This role can be based in the Gold Coast or Brisbane, providing coverage across Queensland.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ In‑theatre clinical and technical support for orthopaedic procedures
+ Support sales execution and territory planning
+ Develop product expertise across shoulder arthroplasty and trauma
+ Coordinate inventory management and product availability
